Tony Barsotti joined Hall Equities Group in 2015. He presently serves as the Senior Vice President – Director of Capital Markets. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry, beginning his career at Greater Bay Bank and later transitioning to roles with increasing responsibility at Mechanics Bank and Hall Equities Group. His career encompasses various skill sets, including financial analysis, loan structuring, portfolio management, and real estate acquisition and dispositions.

Tony is responsible for evaluating and assessing potential real estate acquisitions, divestitures, and developments, considering profitability for the company and investors. He effectively negotiates and closes property acquisitions and dispositions, facilitates project financing, manages loan transactions, and coordinates inter-departmental activities for real estate development projects. Tony also provides strategic recommendations to enhance the property portfolio, develops and manages processes for portfolio statistics/data, and conducts acquisition due diligence and financial analysis.

Education/Certification:
• Master of Business Administration, Concentration in Finance, Washington State University
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Concentration in Finance, Sonoma State University
• Real Estate Broker License through the California Department of Real Estate
