Katie joined Hall Equities Group in 2019 as the Hospitality Controller and was promoted to Vice President of Hospitality Accounting & Treasury Management in 2023. She brings over 25 years of diverse accounting experience to her role. Before joining Hall Equities Group, she served as an Accounting Manager at a CPA firm, specializing in accounting and assurance services for a variety of clients, particularly in the hospitality sector. Katie also has a robust background in the hotel industry from her 12 years at Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants, where she advanced through the accounting ranks to eventually become the Controller.

Currently, Katie is responsible for the financial reporting and operations of the ZMC Hotel portfolio at Hall Equities Group, which includes numerous hotels and various corporate entities. She leads a team of 12 to deliver monthly financial statements in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Her role encompasses active involvement in cash management, quarterly consolidations, tax reporting, and hotel acquisitions. Katie also manages all accounts payable and collaborates closely with the ZMC operational teams to improve profit and loss results.
