Dianne joined Hall Equities Group in February 2021 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and quickly grew into the Portfolio Manager role. She brings with her over twenty-five years of various levels of property management experience, predominantly in the commercial industry with a short stint in residential. Before joining our team, Dianne worked for Ross Dress For Less in corporate property management for 12 years. There, on the tenant side of the business, she oversaw a team of 5 property administrators who coordinated all store repairs with the property managers for a portfolio of over 1,800 store locations. Dianne’s think-outside-the-box style enabled her to handle emergency situations and find solutions to escalated and/or complicated issues.

Dianne’s current portfolio includes 16 properties with a mixture of office, industrial, retail, and a handful of residential units in the Bay Area. Her role encompasses ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance of buildings and common areas. She handles rent collections, invoicing, and year-end reconciliations and manages budgets, crucial for financial stability and planning. Dianne puts a strong emphasis on maintaining positive relationships with both tenants and property owners to ensure a harmonious and cooperative environment within the properties she manages.
