Brandon joined Hall Equities Group in 2004, bringing with him over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry, with a particular focus on property development, transactions, leasing, and site selection. He has been a key player in recognizing and capitalizing on new business opportunities, notably contributing to the early development stages of the Shadelands SportsMall project since 2014 under the business affiliate Global SportsMall Realty. This initiative led to the creation of a new asset class—SportsMall—that combines diversified sports training and technology businesses within a conventional shopping center environment.
Brandon holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hall Equities Group, where he is responsible for the overall corporate performance. His duties encompass managing a broad range of real estate activities, including investments, dispositions, leasing, development projects, construction, design, and property management. Brandon also plays a crucial role in international relations, having successfully negotiated partnership, distribution, and collaboration agreements with sports technology companies in Germany, Austria, and England through COPA Innovation Laboratories, an affiliate business of Hall Equities Group.
