New Retail Construction Completed in Downtown Walnut Creek

Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce the completion of construction of Phase I of Centre Place, a Class A, mixed-use retail and office property located at the corner of California and Olympic boulevards in downtown Walnut Creek, CA. The two-building site will be the new home for Charles Schwab, The Habit Burger Grill, Baja Fresh and Yogurtland. The project is the first phase of a larger downtown improvement project that will include another acre that fronts California Boulevard and Botelho Street. When complete, the entire project is expected to total more than 72,000 SF of high-quality commercial space.
