• Airport Business Park – located on Doolittle Drive in San Leandro, CA, this single-story, light-industrial facility features two separate buildings with 85,200 SF total.
• Lake Natoma Office Park – this facility comprises four one-story buildings with 96,000-square-feet of total space. Located in Rancho Cordova, CA, the property features a central courtyard, ponds and outside barbecue areas for building tenants.
• River Park Business Center – this 78,000-square-foot, single-story office building in Sacramento, CA, features quality office spaces focused around an open air courtyard. Suites are currently configured for 15-20 individual tenants.
• Pier 70, San Francisco – this 30-acre+ industrial site on the waterfront at Potrero Point is one of the largest ship repair yards on the West Coast and is used by numerous businesses that lease buildings and outdoor areas from the Port of San Francisco. The site includes multiple historic buildings and landmarks important to the early development of the City of San Francisco.
