Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce the completion of construction of 680 Centre. This project includes a 44,000 SF two-story Super Sport prototype 24-Hour Fitness Center, with 220 surface parking stalls together with a 4,500 SF Chick-fil-A quick-serve restaurant with 60 surface stalls. This project is a redevelopment of the last remaining heavy-industrial site in Walnut Creek – located ½ block south of the North Main Street/Treat Boulevard intersection.
For nearly 50 years prior, the site was home to a concrete and asphalt manufacturing and distribution facility, which had become an air-quality and noise nuisance to neighboring urban users. 680 Centre is located two blocks from Walnut Creek/North Pleasant Hill BART Station and is directly adjacent to Interstate 680.
