Hall Equities Group Acquires Retail Center in Bryant, Arkansas

Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce it has acquired the 375,000 SF retail property known as the Alcoa Exchange shopping center along Interstate 30 in Bryant, Arkansas. The City of Bryant, located 10 miles southeast of the state capital of Little Rock, is ranked in the top five of the fastest-growing cities in Arkansas. The property is anchored by Best Buy, PetCo, Old Navy, Target, and Kohl’s. Additional tenants include Kirkland’s, Rue 21, Shoe Carnival, Lane Bryant, Hibbit Sports, and Mattress King. There is a diverse tenant mix in the center, consisting of soft goods, retail, service, medical, restaurant, home and general merchandise stores. The center is currently 98% occupied and will be held for investment.
