Hall Equities Group Acquires 8.2 Acres in Shadelands Business Park

Hall Equities Group acquired 8.2 acres in the Shadelands Business Park located one block from the Shadelands SportsMall development site. The site is currently improved with a 95,500 SF office/R&D building that was originally built in 1968 by Del Monte Corporation for their use. On the remaining undeveloped land, Hall Equities Group is in the planning phase to construct a 93 room Home 2 Suites by Hilton. The hotel will feature a pool, rooftop terrace lounge, and partial underground parking. This property represents the fourth major acquisition Hall Equities Group has completed in Shadelands Business Park in Walnut Creek, CA. Hall Equities Group investments in Shadelands Business Park have entailed over 62 acres of the entire business park, approximately 25% of the park’s total land area.
