The hotel will feature a pool, rooftop terrace lounge, and partial underground parking. This property represents the fourth major acquisition Hall Equities Group has completed in Shadelands Business Park in Walnut Creek, CA. Hall Equities Group investments in Shadelands Business Park have entailed over 62 acres of the entire business park, approximately 25% of the park’s total land area.
