Hall Equities Acquires Colorado Springs Retail Center

Hall Equities is pleased to announce that it has acquired Fillmore Marketplace, a 128,000 square foot retail center in northeast Colorado Springs, CO. This neighborhood center is anchored by K-Mart and features 642 parking stalls. This is Hall Equities Group’s first acquisition in Colorado and expands their active presence to 10 U.S. states. This acquisition will be held for investment.
