Final Approval secured on Arroyo Project, Walnut Creek, CA

Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce that final project approvals have been obtained for the company’s “The Arroyo” Project in downtown Walnut Creek, CA. “The Arroyo” is a 100 unit, modern six-story, luxury in-fill housing complex featuring the city’s finest rooftop with infinity pool and outdoor theater, state-of-the-art fitness center and exclusive entertainment and game room for residents only.
