Hall Equities Group is excited to announce it has obtained approval from the City of Brownsville, Texas for development of a 463,000 square foot self-storage project on a 10.2-acre site assembled and purchased by a Hall Equities Group sponsored entity earlier in 2023. This project is located on Boca Chica Boulevard and Galonsky St. in the central ‘Four Corners’ neighborhood of Brownsville. The self-storage facility will comprise several buildings located on 8.45-acres of the project site with a hotel in the early planning stages to be located on the remaining acreage. The self-storage project is expected to be built in phases with Phase I commencing late 2024 and a projected opening by late 2025.
