Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce the Britton Place Apartments has been approved by the City of Lacey. The 204-unit complex will be composed of studios,1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments.
The complex is located approximately 10 miles south of Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and 8 miles north of downtown Olympia. It is proximate to I-5 and the future Lacey Gateway Town Center. Construction is estimated to begin late 2014 or early 2015.
