Tom joined Hall Equities Group as Director of Leasing, bringing more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate across asset management, lease negotiations, and repositioning strategies. Over the course of his career, he has held pivotal roles with several prominent private equity firms, developing deep expertise in leasing strategy, third-party broker management, and driving value creation through disciplined execution.

At Hall Equities Group, Tom leads leasing strategy and execution for the company’s Bay Area office portfolio. He oversees negotiations, lease documentation, and transaction execution while working closely with ownership to maximize asset performance and occupancy. In addition, he leverages his background in managing capital and tenant improvement projects to efficiently transition assets through their business plans and directs cross-functional teams to maintain high operating standards across the portfolio.
