Scottsdale, AZ Design Review Board Approves Application for Hampton Inn and Suites at Scottsdale and Shea Remodel

The Scottsdale Design Review Board approved Hall Equities Group’s design application for the remodel of the Hampton Inn and Suites hotel at Scottsdale and Shea Blvd. In addition to updating the hotel’s design to bring it current with Hampton Inn standards, the remodel will include adding a third story and increasing the guest room count from 130 to 150. Building and site development permits have been submitted with The City of Scottsdale.
