Shadelands Self Storage was built by Hall Equities Group in 1998.
This is currently the largest storage facility in Contra Costa. It is located on a 6.3-acre parcel containing 1,200 units with 143,000 SF of total space. The units are available with climate control and feature non-combustible construction.
It is the only storage facility in Contra Costa that can accommodate an 18-wheel moving truck.

2800 Mitchell Drive was an adaptive reuse of a functionally obsolete chemical laboratory into a world-class, state of the art life science laboratory.
Entitlements and amendments to the General Plan for Walnut Creek were secured in 1995 in record time. The project's design and construction was completed on time in less than 12 months.
Developed by Hall Equities Group for the Joint Genome Institute (and still the current tenant), this facility is where some of the world's most talented geneticists have decoded as much as 60% of the genetic map of human DNA.

The Shadelands SportsMall is an adaptive re-use project transforming a former newspaper publishing facility into an elite indoor sports training facility.
Phase I of the project was completed in January 2016 with the grand opening of The Ultimate Fieldhouse, a premier 39,000+ SF basketball training facility.
Phase II, opened in January 2020, include 10 high-caliber sports programs such as COPA Soccer Training Center, American Swim Academy, Encore Gymnastics, Sparta Taekwondo, Mike Murphy Baseball, Vibe Volleyball, and Raga Yoga.

Loveridge Road
Originally built by the US Navy near the end of WWII, these buildings were used to manufacture trains.
The property is currently managed by Hall Equities Group and consists of 370,000 SF of industrial buildings on a 10-acre parcel.
The industrial park is leased to multiple tenants including Hitachi Rail USA (formerly known as Ansaldo Breda), who fabricate and repair BART and SF MUNI rail cars.

In 1998, Hall Equities Group purchased an 8.4-acre site in Walnut Creek’s Shadelands Business Park consisting of an 84,000 SF vacant credit card processing center.
The site was sub-divided to split off a separate 3.2-acre parcel, which was entitled by Hall Equities Group for a 45,000 SF modern medical office and surgery center.
Hall Equities Group sold the building to Muir Orthopaedic Group after completing construction.

Monte Vista Crossings is considered one of the largest single-branded, open air shopping centers on the West Coast with over 1.4 million SF of retail and hospitality space.
Since development began in 2000, we have brought nationally known retailers such as Target, Lowes, Safeway, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Ross, Bed Bath and Beyond, Office Max, Old Navy, In n Out, JoAnn’s Fabrics, and many more to the City of Turlock.
A 78-room Holiday Inn Express and 81-room Fairfield Inn & Suites were also developed as part of this project.
The final phase of Monte Vista Crossings South was completed in 2017 with new retailers opening including F21 Red, rue21, Rack Room Shoes, and Petco.

Centrelake Plaza is a state of the art, six-story, Class A, steel-frame office building located in the heart of the Inland Empire in Ontario, CA.
Constructed in 1989, the building features a stunning entrance with a flowing water fountain and a classic marble-tiled lobby. Unique to the area, the building features a rooftop heliport.
Centrelake was acquired by Hall Equities Group as part of a larger portfolio purchase from Arden Realty Corp in 2003. Operating successfully for years as a stabilized investment, the property was sold in 2008.
