Mankas Meadow Acquisition

Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 16-acre area known as “Mankas Meadow,” comprising two distinct properties: “Mankas North” (15 acres) and “Mankas East” (1 acre), located in the unincorporated community of Mankas Corner, Fairfield, California.

Situated in the heart of the Suisun Valley, an established agricultural region in western Solano County, the properties lie within the Suisun Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA), the second oldest AVA in California.

Looking ahead, Hall Equities Group plans to enhance and remodel Mankas East with existing local businesses, as well as introducing new ones. Additionally, new agricultural tourism opportunities are planned for Mankas North, which will contribute to the area’s rural character and align with Solano County’s vision of promoting Suisun Valley as a premier agricultural tourism destination.
